Or...go to www.earlenehancock.howardhanna.com and read all about my years of service, awards, and production.  Or simply click on "My Profile and Awards" on the left.

This isn't about me though - it's about you! - that's what I'd like to know about...

Here's what I need to know about you to find you the right house:

Is this your first home purchase?
How large is your family?  How many will be living with you?...:)
How many bedrooms?  Size?
Number of baths?
Any idea how much square footage you'd like?
Is a Formal Dining Room important?
How about an Eat-in Kitchen?
First Floor Family Room - optional or essential?
Finished Rec Room a must?
Size of yard?  Do you want it fenced?  Wood or Chain
  Link?
Size of Garage:  1-2-3 car?  Attached or Detached?
Is Central Air important?  Some people don't like it...
Corner lot or Cul-de-Sac?
Near Public Transportation or quiet neighborhood setting?
Schools?  [As Realtors®, we cannot advise on school systems, but can provide you with websites to view Report Cards.]

Style of home...
Cape Cod  ...  Bungalow   ...  Ranch   ...  Bi-Level   ...  Split Level
Colonial   ...  Cluster   ...  Condo   ...  Townhome   ...  Multi-Family

Do you need appliances included or do you have your own?

Are you looking for mint, "move-in" condition or are you able to see the potential and accept "some cosmetic updating needed"?

What price range is comfortable for you?  (Please see State-Mandated Forms)

Areas:  The areas I service are Eastern Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Summit and Northern Portage counties.  I sometimes have to encourage buyers to step outside their "comfort zone" and consider other areas.  If you can afford to live there, you have the absolute right to live anywhere you wish.

Are all the items on your wishlist realistic for the areas you'd like to search in or do we need to reassess our expectations a little?

These are the questions I hope to ask you, so please give it some thought...
